Why Microgreens?

The nutrients in microgreens are more concentrated than in their fully grown counterparts.

They are rich in zinc, iron, potassium, magnesium, and copper.

Microgreens also have a high level of antioxidants.

Why soil-based organic?

Unlike a hydroponic microgreen producer, we grow all our greens in a soil-based system.

Organic farming has always been based on “feed the soil, not the plant.” Real organic farming relies on the microbial activity of the soil to slowly release nutrients to the plant.

This results in a more nutritious green, a tastier snack, and a product with longer shelf-life.
